Can I Shop My Own Materials?

You absolutely can buy your own materials and have us install them. We can work with you ahead of time and give you a quote based on a shared effort in materials. For example if you found akitchen sink online that you love, or just want to shop during the job, we can work with you. Typically remodeling homes doesn’t involve bank financing unless you are using a rehabilitation loan. If that’s the case then we would need to make sure we provide a quote that includes all work in advance of being started. Changes once financing the loan has been closed can be more difficult, but our aim is to work with you as flexibly as possible!

If you want us to handle every aspect of the remodel, materials, appliances and all we can do that too!

How Do We Handle the Mess?

This is always a question from clients when considering remodeling their home. The answer is it depends on the job! If your house as 2 bathrooms and we are remodeling them both, we can close one off one at a time while we complete the work. Likewise if you have the ability to manage your kitchen needs elsewhere we can do the same for your kitchen. This blocks dust from accumulating in your house.

We understand this isn’t practical for everyone though. We can work with your needs and do the work necessary around your living conditions. Cleaning our mess daily before you need use your home.
